do not return any product to Echolab without authorization
from an Echolab Support Technician and a Return
Authorization (RA) number. Use the contact form to request
this first.
In emergency cases, If equipment is available, a
"loaner" may be provided at no charge.
Equipment returned for repair will be tested and you will
be contacted with a repair quote as soon as possible.
If a customer elects not to have the repair work completed,
the customer is subject to a minimum $150 service charge
for diagnosis and the cost for return shipping.
